A charity auction and pledge session were also held, with proceeds going towards HKMU’s sports and cultural development. Many guests contributed to the HKMU Bursary Scheme and bursaries for prison inmates. During a discussion session on sports and culture at HKMU, officiating guests, student-athletes and sports coaches shared their insights, experiences and reflections. Another highlight of the evening was a prize sponsored by Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, featuring merchandise co-created by Chloe Tong Tsam-yu, a second-year Creative Advertising and Media Design student, during her internship.

都大獲田家炳基金會捐贈 400 萬港元 HKMU receives HK$4 million donation from Tin Ka Ping Foundation
田家炳基金會向都大捐贈 400 萬港元，以延續對田家炳基金會助學金 的支持，用以資助在囚人士接受教育，並推動田家炳中華文化中心的 長遠發展，藉此慶祝中心成立十周年。都大今年 1 月舉行支票頒贈儀 式，感謝基金會的鼎力支持。
Tin Ka Ping Foundation has donated HK$4 million to HKMU to continue its support for the Tin Ka Ping Foundation Bursary. The donation will further enhance educational opportunities for inmates and support the future development of the Tin Ka Ping Centre of Chinese Culture, in celebration of the Centre’s 10th anniversary. The University held a cheque presentation ceremony in January this year to express its gratitude for the Foundation’s steadfast support.
