都大中心啟用 增建教學和初創基地 MU Tower opens as a new hub for teaching, learning and entrepreneurship
都大中心自去年 9 月起投入服務，先為行政人員培訓課程提供教學場地，同時 持續進行翻新工程，日後用途更為廣泛。
都大於 2024 年年底購入位於紅磡的一幢商廈，並命名為都大中心，以拓展校 舍設施，配合大學的發展需要。都大中心現正進行內部翻新，變身為多功能空 間，用於教學和支援初創企業。 都大中心總樓面面積約 22,300 平方米，提供現代化和專業設施，促進學術界與 業界在創新和協作方面的交流。大樓設有行政人員培訓中心，配備一個可容納 140 人的講堂、六個活動學習區和四個多功能活動室，亦提供設備完善的會議 場地，包括會議室和大型會議廳。
The MU Tower has begun serving as a venue for executive training programmes since last September as it continues to be renovated for broader uses.
In late 2024, HKMU acquired an office building in Hung Hom and renamed it as the MU Tower, which serves as an additional campus facility to meet the University’ s development needs. Renovations are underway to convert the building into a versatile space for teaching, learning and startup incubation. With a gross floor area of about 22,300 square metres, the MU Tower provides a modern, professional environment to foster innovation and collaboration between academia and industry. It features an executive training venue with a 140‑seat lecture theatre, six active learning spaces and four function rooms, along with a convention facility including spacious meeting rooms and conference halls.
