都大學生國旗護衞隊成立 HKMU Student Flag-guard Team established

為加深學生的國民身份認同，都大去年底成立學生國旗護衞隊。隊伍由 14 名全日制本科生組成，接受了香港青少年軍總會的嚴謹訓練，負責校內重要典禮的升旗儀式。國旗護衞隊於今年元旦日校園升旗典禮亮相，展現莊重專業的精神面貌。他們並於 4 月 15 日「全民國家安全教育日」的升旗禮上，與獲邀到校指導升旗技巧及步操的中國人民解放軍駐香港部隊一起進行升旗儀式。

To strengthen students’ sense of national identity, the HKMU Student Flag-guard Team has been established. Comprising 14 full-time undergraduate students, the team has received rigorous training from the Hong Kong Army Cadet Association and undertakes flag-raising duties at major University ceremonies. The team made its debut at the New Year’s Day flag-raising ceremony this year, conducting the proceedings with professionalism and solemnity. To mark the National Security Day on 15 April, it conducted the flag-raising ceremony with representatives from the Chinese People’s Liberation Army Hong Kong Garrison, who were invited to provide guidance.

都大夢想啟航計劃再度展開 HKMU Dream Builder Scheme takes off again

The HKMU Dream Builder Scheme, which empowers students to explore their career options with confidence, has concluded its first year, with all 20 students of the first cohort securing placements at different organisations including the Hong Kong Jockey Club, Kai Tak Sports Park and Pok Oi Hospital, where they gained valuable experience. The second cohort has now embarked on its journey. A luncheon was held in March to provide students with an opportunity to engage with industry leaders and University management, helping them broaden their networks and gain valuable insights into the latest workplace trends.

「都大夢想啟航計劃」旨在鼓勵同學積極探索個人未來的職業發展路向，首屆計劃已圓滿舉行，共有 20 位學員成功到香港賽馬會、啟德體育園和博愛醫院等機構實習，涵蓋不同專業領域。第二屆計劃亦已啟動，大學於 3 月為學員設午餐會，讓他們與業界領袖和大學管理層共聚交流，藉此擴展人脈和掌握職場新趨勢。
